Challenge

Better respond to the small to medium sized enterprises in the coffee market. Existing processes to set up a contract with JDEP were inefficient, inflexible and lacked transparency.


Solution

A "coffee-as-a-Service" solution. As subscription-based services have gained popularity, this model presents an opportunity to cater to the changing needs of customers in the professional coffee sector. By offering three main packages and the ability to customise, the solution intends to provide businesses with a more adaptable and responsive approach to their coffee needs, aligning with contemporary trends and customer preferences in the market.
